At no charge, we arrange a meet and greet to get to know your pets and your home at least 48 hours prior to service. This will only have to be done prior to our very first service, after the addition of any new pets, if a different sitter will be caring for your pets, or if it has been more than a year since you have used our services. The process is simple and will only take a few minutes. We will discuss your pet’s needs and routine, you will provide keys and access instructions, and we will answer any questions you may have and introduce you to the person who will be responsible for the service.

For homes with multiple species or just dogs. Most visits are morning, noon, and night; however, we can accommodate your needs. Dogs must have visits less than 12 hours apart and if you do not have a doggie door there is a minimum of 2 pet sitting visits and 1 potty break visit required per full day that you are out of town.

For homes with just cats or cats and pocket pets. Most visits are morning or night and usually only once or twice per day; however, we can accommodate your needs. Cats are required to have at least one visit per day that you are out of town.

Let dogs outside to relieve themselves while owners are at work or are held up somewhere and dog needs to go out, includes fresh water and playtime.

$15 for break in backyard for 15  minutes.

Take pets to and from appointments or anywhere else they need to go that the owner doesn’t have the ability or means to take their pets to themselves.

$15 one way for 5 mile radius from pet owner’s home
$25 one way for 10 mile radius from pet owner’s home
$12 idle fee for every 30 minutes

If you are locked out of your home for any reason, and you keep a key on file with us, we can help you! We do not guarantee this service, but in most cases we will be able to accommodate. Much cheaper than a locksmith!!
